We accept returns!
At Unexpectedly You, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Final sale items (if any) are not eligible for return
How to return:
- Contact us at unexpectedlyyoushop@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- We'll provide return instructions
- Ship items back with tracking (customer responsible for return shipping costs)
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items
Exchanges:
- We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability)
- Contact us to arrange an exchange
Damaged or defective items:
- Contact us immediately with photos
- We'll provide a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement
Local pickup returns:
- If you picked up locally in Winter Garden, you may return in person during business hours
