Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped with tracking information.

During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Check our homepage for current offers.

Local Pickup (Winter Garden, FL)

Local pickup is available for customers in the Winter Garden, Florida area at no charge.

  • Select "Local Pickup" at checkout
  • You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready (typically within 24-48 hours)
  • Pick up your order within 7 days of notification
  • Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID

Pickup location and hours will be provided in your confirmation email.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing (if applicable)
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Holidays or natural disasters

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at unexpectedlyyoushop@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged).

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.

Address Changes

Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
